Completely random rabbit trail: A beluga whale was born at the Vancouver Aquarium. Check out this paragraph from one of the online articles:
"After 15 months of pregnancy, Qila is a first-time mother. The dad must be 19-year-old Imaq, the only male currently in the exhibit." Um. Are you sure? (It's true - check it out here.) My coworker and I actually believe that a mystery male beluga snuck into the tank - how can they be so sure Imaq's the father?
